About the role

We're hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to land and expand Motics across healthcare providers. You'll generate and close your own pipeline (supported by inbound and marketing programs), run consultative discovery, deliver high-impact demos of our AI Agents, and drive pilots into multi-site rollouts.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to close, then expansion
  • Generate 60%+ of your pipeline via targeted outbound to clinic managers, operations leaders, CIO/IT and compliance
  • Run deep discovery to map current workflows, compliance needs (NHS, HCPC, GMC) and integration landscape
  • Deliver tailored demos of Motics Scribe, Phone and Billing agents aligned to customer KPIs
  • Build quantified business cases (time saved, throughput, revenue cycle) using our ROI tools
  • Navigate procurement, InfoSec/GDPR, and contracting; structure pilots that lead to rollouts
  • Multi-thread with clinical, operational and executive sponsors; drive consensus and urgency
  • Land initial department/site and expand across sites, specialties and additional AI agents
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecasting and deal reviews; hit and exceed quota
  • Partner with Marketing on ABM and inbound follow-up; with Product on feedback and cases
  • Co-sell with ecosystem partners (e.g., Cliniko, Nookal, Meddbase, RehabGuru) where relevant
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed

What you'll need

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales with 1+ year as SDR and 2+ years as full-cycle AE
  • Proven self-sourced pipeline generation and consistent 100%+ quota attainment
  • Experience closing deals (multi-stakeholder, 2-6 month cycles)
  • Expertise in discovery, value selling and running compelling product demos
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider workflows; ability to engage clinical and operational buyers
  • Comfort with compliance and security reviews (GDPR/DPA; NHS or similar a plus)
  • Process discipline: MEDDICC/BANT (or similar), accurate forecasting, clean CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias to action, ownership mindset and resilience in an early-stage environment
