Our commitment
Motics wants clinicians and clinic teams to be able to use Motics Scribe with dignity, independence and equivalent access. We use WCAG as the shared technical standard for reviewing and improving the product experience.
Assessment status
On 12 June 2026, Motics completed an internal self-assessment of Motics Scribe Agent v1.0.0 against WCAG 2.2 Level AA within the scope described below. WCAG is an international technical standard for making digital content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Motics performed and recorded the assessment. An independent accessibility body has not certified this result. The result is point-in-time and applies only to the product version and scope stated on this page.
Scope
This statement is intended for Motics Scribe deployments in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. WCAG is the shared technical benchmark; this statement does not claim compliance with any jurisdiction-specific law.
The assessment covered:
- the browser-based interface supplied as Motics Scribe Agent v1.0.0;
- core clinician workflows for capturing a consultation and reviewing, editing and exporting a generated draft note; and
- standard product content and controls supplied by Motics in supported browsers.
The assessment did not cover:
- third-party websites, authentication services, integrations or embedded tools that Motics does not control;
- content or templates created or configured by customers;
- documents after they are exported from Motics and changed in another application; or
- product versions and features released after 12 June 2026.
Known limitations and ongoing testing
The current assessment did not cover every browser, device and assistive-technology combination. This means some people may encounter barriers that were not identified during the assessment. Third-party integrations and customer-configured content may also provide a different experience.
Motics continues to review keyboard access, visible focus, text resizing, colour contrast and assistive-technology workflows through manual and automated checks. We prioritise confirmed barriers and update this statement when findings or the assessed product scope materially change.
Feedback and contact
If you experience an accessibility barrier in Motics Scribe, or need this statement in another format, contact our compliance team. It helps if you include the page or workflow, your browser or device, any assistive technology used and a short description of what happened.
We review accessibility feedback, investigate confirmed barriers and use the findings to inform product improvements.
